Semi Retired. Operated my business 19 years. I like to stay active. I am diligent about takeing regular care of my home, my dog and my friends. I am told I am amiable/passive what ever that means. I have quite a personal history. I attempt to appreciate every day a new opportunity. Working on a new wardobe. Don't laugh . I like to grill and appreciate some who has better culinary skills.

I have a rule. All disputes by either party are discussed at a set time. Usually no alcohol involved. At my age I didn't intend on a housemate. I have a lot of unused space. I do not waste. Housing and rental market in Decatur continue to increase. This will be a process for me.
