Hi there! My roommates and I are looking for someone to sign our lease with us. We are 3 girls living in Seaport, Manhattan near FiDi. The building is a luxury doorman building with a gym, lounge, and two terraces. You would have a bedroom with a private bathroom for $2,350 a month! The closest stations are Fulton Street, Cortlandt Street, and World Trade Center, with access to the A/C/E, 1/2/3, 4/5, J/Z, and R/W.
