I'm looking for two tenants, preferably females. I have two rooms for rent in a very quiet and safe community. The bathroom is going to be shared with the two tenants. Both rooms are in the second floor. The owner's bedroom is in the first floor. There will be a relaxing room with a fridge, microwave, seats and a dining room. No smoking, drinking or drugs in the house. No overnight guests and no visitors without prior consent.
