I don’t drive, so I’m looking for a place that’s fairly close to my work routes. I use Lyft as my main transportation and I’m a consistent 5-star rider.

I do have a small dog who is very well-behaved and stays with her puppy mom right now. If pets are allowed, I would love to have her with me—but it’s not a dealbreaker if the property is no-pets.

I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, quiet, and very reliable with rent. I can provide references, proof of income, and anything else needed for peace of mind.
