Hey!! I’m Christen, I have two cats (Orchid & Oasis) who are sisters. I’m looking for someone to split rent with. I try to be as tidy as possible but I’m not a clean freak, laundry can get backed up (but put away somewhere not visible) when work gets busy. I commute to mid-Wilshire 3 times a week for work and am remote Mondays and Fridays. I am looking for something with AC, on-site or in-unit laundry, and a parking spot as hard requirements. Gym would be nice but not necessary.
