The living area is very spacious with TONS of natural light and a view of the city. The living room is already full furnished. The room for rent has a closet and is close to the AC in the living room so will most likely not need an AC in the room. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space, stainless steal appliances and full dishwasher and large fridge. Overall it is a very comfortable space in an AMAZING area that is just one stop away from LES, Manhattan. We live 2 blocks from the subway off the Marcy Ave JMZ.
