Must be okay with a cleaning schedule. There is a laundry room available and a rooftop. M train is 2 blocks away, L train is a 10-15min walk, near grocery stores, restaurants and more. No pets, LGBTQIA friendly and utilities not included. Utilities divided, usually $100, sometimes a little higher depending on the season.

Room #2 that is available is a huge basement with windows, a half bathroom, closet and private access to the backyard. $1050
