I'm 27 from the Philippines and I’m gonna start my internship around the Nolita neighborhood estimated Feb 2024. I'm currently looking for housing accommodations and researching the neighborhood. I'm quite interested in renting for 1 year. I'm in the process of my visa application and when all goes well, Id love to stay at your place.

I’m disciplined and tidy. No vices whatsoever and I don’t usually bring people over at my place. Since I'm gonna go over there for the internship, I'm going be at work most of my time. I just need a place to sleep and take a bath, you know, the essentials😁
