Room available for anyone between 25 to 40 years of age, couple's welcome. I live with my husband. And we have a room for rent at our apartment. 1 private room available, 1 bathroom (shared). No pets allowed, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs and definitely, no drama. Quite hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. We have open areas in the apartment, which is just the living room, tv and kitchen, and clean after yourself every time, (provide your own food and supplies which includes cleaning products and hygiene) and you are welcome to use appliances, dishes if comfortable, etc. But unfortunately there is no in-home laundry unit, only local laundromat locations in the area. We have walking distance from and to the light rail, bus stops and located near corner of Mesa Dr. & Main St. Right in the middle or near downtown Mesa, AZ 85204. No private parking, no move-in fees, available on September 1st of 2026. Also rent will be paid on 1st of every month, but if late rent, 50 dollar late fee after the 3rd. You can stay for the full 9 months. Partial rent is $650.00. Electricity and gas expenses are separate, will discuss utilities. But water is paid by private landlord. We have Wi-Fi but we pay for that with our phone bill, so if you want Wi-Fi included, you will have to pay $20.00 for Wi-Fi only of using. You also need to put down another $400.00 for security deposit as well. So rent in total is $1,650.00. So if you like a tour, we can arrange one on weekends.
