🏡 Looking for a Roommate — Male or Female! 🏡

Hi everyone! My sister, my boyfriend, and I are looking for one roommate (male or female) to join us so we can apply for a 4-bedroom house together!

About us:

• We’re all in our early to mid-20s.
• We’re looking to move to Mesa, but we’re also open to Chandler and Gilbert.
• We’re hoping to move late September or around October 1st.
• Our budget is around $600 per person/month before utilities.
• We have two friendly emotional support dogs—a German Shepherd and a Shih Tzu! 🐶🐶
• No pet fees for our dogs, so we don’t have to worry about finding a pet-friendly place!

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Is financially stable and able to qualify for a lease.
✨ Is clean, respectful, and communicative.
✨ Is comfortable living with dogs.
✨ Is around our age (preferred, but definitely not required).
✨ Is genuinely looking for a place and ready to move around late September/October 1st.
✨ Ideally doesn’t have any pets of their own, especially dogs or cats. One of our dogs isn’t very pet-friendly, so we want to make sure everyone (and every pup 😅) is comfortable and safe.

We haven’t applied for a place yet because we need our fourth roommate before we can submit applications. We already have a few houses picked out, but we’re totally open to continuing the search together if we find something that’s a better fit!

A little about me: I’m a huge gym rat, love anime, and honestly most other nerdy things too 😂
