Hello,
Enjoy living in a one of the safest and trendiest neighborhoods in Los Angeles-Studio City.
Available December 3 will be the master bedroom in my 2BD 2 BA apartment. This room has a private bathroom and a HUGE walk-in closet.
The building itself has only 30 units and is relatively quiet.
We have a swimming pool and on-site laundry facilities as well.
The unit is spacious-about 1000 square feet.
Parking is on the street but my current roommate has never had difficulty finding a spot. Also, management has assured me that an extra parking space will be available for my roommate in the future.
