Looking for a kind and respectful roommate for my 2bed/2bath apartment in east ktown. The apartment is 5 minutes to silver lake and the east side or walking distance to ktown proper and east Hollywood. You'd take the large ensuite room, which has a private full bathroom and a walk in closet attached. As I split my time between LA and New York, I will often be gone, meaning you get an entire 2bed/2ba for the price of a room. Parking is included, as is laundry.
