My name is Matthew and I am a 23 year-old new teacher looking to move into the city to be closer to my job at a school in Forest Houses, Bronx (whether the apartment is in the Bronx or Manhattan).
I come from upstate, but did my student-teaching in Manhattan and lived with my extended family in Brooklyn for that duration, so I am familiar with city-living.
I enjoy hiking and have recently taken up indoor wall-climbing as hobbies. Otherwise I like playing videogames with friends and occasionally read and crochet - though less often than I'd like to.
My girlfriend lives in Staten Island, so it's likely that at least once a week she will be visiting me.
Though I enjoy cooking, I am only decent at it. I have no problem sharing chores and cleaning up after myself.
