Kelly H - $2,200/month

My two roommates (Cynthia, 23, and Chase, 22) and I already have a 4 bed / 2 bath apartment lined up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with an in-unit washer/dryer. We’re moving in September 3rd and still need one more person to join us (preferably a girl so it’s 2 guys and 2 girls). Rent will be around $2200 per month including utilities. The location is FANTASTIC, close to the subway, and we’re looking for someone responsible, clean, and just overall fun to live with.

I’m Kelly, I’m a 22 y/o recent grad working at a tech startup in DT Brooklyn, so I'll be working mostly in office during the week. Outside of work I’m very social and easy going, and love a night out with friends. I’m Chase, 22, and I’ll be one of your future roommates! I’m an actor, model, and Pilates instructor, and I also do videography and photography on the side. I stay pretty busy between work and creative projects, but I like keeping a balance by exploring the city, going out with friends, and checking out new food spots. I’m clean, easy to communicate with, and social, but I also respect personal space. Excited to find a roommate around our age who’s down to make this new spot in Williamsburg a fun and comfortable home.
