Up to 1 more dog or cat can be added to the lease in addition to the roommate's small dog. Lots of natural light and a wood fireplace are sure to cheer you up while staying indoors. W/D included and tons of street parking. There are 2 living rooms so you can have more privacy if you wish. Price is for the upstairs portion of the house with a 200 sq ft bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and living room and pictures are all of the upstairs area. Current lease is until March 2021 and flexible move in date. Preferably replacement would take over the remainder of the lease.
