I enjoy a nice home so I'd like to split that 2bed2bath rent with someone so we can take advantage of the _value_ :D
I currently live in a 1bed1bath right now so ideally we could find a place together.
Pros:
* Have a dog who is a cuddlebug
* I love to try fun foods / am down to cook new things so we can go on culinary journeys
* I will be very respectful of your space, property, time, and well-being
* I have a variety useful items (dutch oven, stand mixer, art supplies, a sectional sofa, Nintendo switch, Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Amazon Prime accounts, etc.)
Cons:
* That dog sheds a lot of hair
* Those foods can be smelly and not-very-tasty sometimes
* I expect the same respect in return
* I have too much stuff :(
