For rent is a large (20' deep x 14' wide) unfinished basement in a house for one person only. Included is free wi-fi and Youtube TV. You would have your own garage space inside a garage, access upstairs to a full bathroom and kitchen, and use of a washer and dryer. It's completely private. You'll have access to an outdoor deck and small front and back yard. No pets and non-smoker required.
$700 / month plus help with utilities cost (around $75/month). $300 refundable security deposit. I'm flexible with length of stay.
