I’m a single father will 3 daughters who will in the future stay every other weekend. The room I’m offering comes with a shared bathroom and access to everything in the home. There is a washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood and a pool in the neighborhood. I have two medium sized dogs whom are kind and cat/dog friendly. The room has a ceiling fan and brand new queen size mattress without frame. WiFi is paid, electric and water. Parking is available and full-size garage. Access to both fridges and pets welcome as long as they too are pet friendly like mine. There is a smoker in the back yard but the space is small. Company welcome and no real restrictions besides smoking outside but can vape and use the pens inside.
