Hi! Looking for a (preferably LGBTQ+) roommate for a 2B in Manhattan. Going to work for non-profit based in Boston but will be living in Manhattan so I will be out 1-2 weeks every month otherwise will be working from home.
No smoking in the house but no problem with someone who smokes (balcony is perfectly fine if one exists). Fairly social and friendly, and excited to meet new people. Very happy to be friends with my roommate but also okay if that's not your thing.
