Work Schedule: Hybrid—Midtown
Travel: I enjoy traveling for work or for leisure.
Exp: lived in 2bed apt for a while now. Currently living alone.
Other: I work out at least 3x a week. When working from home, I tend to walk around a decent bit and grab takeout on busy days.

Home Life & Cleanliness
Cleanliness: I clean about once a week and I’m pretty good at it. I also have some furniture to contribute (good quality).
Cooking: I cook when I have the time, but lean on takeout when work is busy.
Interior: I’m down to help dress up the interior and contribute to the decor, definitely on the mature side of decoration though.
Habits: I am friendly with rec stuff but like to keep it outside or on the balcony (if one).

Social & Interests
Sundays: I love football and will almost always be watching on Sundays (happy to watch in my room or the common area).
Socializing: I make an effort to go out at least once a weekend. I don't drink a lot, except for special occasions. Love playing poker, or really any social activity on the weekends.

Apartment Preferences
Like to have: Elevator and gym, but will not be a dealbreaker.
