Duplex on 101st

Our apartment is a Duplex with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, currently shared by five lovely roommates (including one couple). We are looking for someone interested in a 6 month sub-let for one of the upstairs rooms. Room is large for Manhattan, with natural light and exposed brick, and can come fully furnished upon request.

The room comes with a closet, and is spacious enough for a bed, chest, and small desk.

The shared space of the apartment is truly unbelievable, with an outdoor patio and small garden, full kitchen, dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. The shared common space is immense, and also comes fully furnished.
