There are two other roommates, one of whom shares the spacious full bath with this room. There is central heat for the colder months, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Walking distance to Beverly Hills shops and dining, and very close to major freeways and public transit routes.

The room is approximately 15' x 15', with two windows, a window AC unit, and a closet.

There are two other bedrooms in the home. Roommates are two progressive professional women in their late 20s / early 30s. One cat in the house who is usually curled up sleeping. Roomies are busy/work focused and are tidy, respectful, and considerate. The ideal roommate also has a busy schedule, is generally clean and quiet, and doesn't bring the party home.

Apartment is available November 1. In unit washer and dryer. Ample street parking. Negotiable lease but prefer longer rental. Monthly rent is $1265. Security deposit is $1265 refundable.
