hi, I’m Ariel and I work as a software engineer at a startup based in NYC. I lived in NYC all of last year in midtown and absolutely fell in love with the city but when my lease ended in June of this year I decided to fulfill a long time dream I had of living in Portugal so I threw all of my stuff in storage and moved to Lisbon, Portugal for the summer. I’m returning from Europe on August 13th and hoping to find a new home in NYC again for late August or early September.

I love drawing/sewing, hunting down live music (jazz, indie music, etc.), rock climbing, baking and exploring nature. I’m fairly social but mostly like to host very wholesome small events like dinner parties, picnics, wine/cheese/sunset nights or weekend nature escapes to upstate NY.

in terms of location i'm open to most places in manhattan. My favorite locations are upper east/west side, chelsea, and west village but i'd be fine with living anywhere in Manhattan. I'm also open to a few neighborhoods in Brooklyn like Williamsburg.
