I'm a 28 year old tech consultant moving over to NY in Jan 2020. I'm from Sydney, Australia and have managed to line up a dream transfer over to the US.
I have corporate housing for my first month, but am super keen to find my next place ASAP. I'm looking to stay in Manhattan, anywhere between Midtown & LES/East Village. Given I'm a new international, I won't have a US rental or credit history, but can provide Australian versions.
Also would be happy to demonstrate that my salary covers 50-60x rent (in most cases).
