Small room + additional office space

I have a small bedroom on the first floor of my home available. It has a full bed, side table & small desk in it. Unfortunately, it can’t fit any other furniture in it. It also has a sliding closet!

However upstairs I also have an additional room available that I can provide access to. It currently has a full sized corner desk in the room and mesh dresser in it. You can really do whatever with this room, happy to remove the desk/dresser.

There is one 50lb husky in the house. He’s 9yrs old and is friendly.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: rent is negotiable and I will cover all utilities. There will be a space available in the garage. In my ideal situation, this will be a part time roommate and largely travels for work (here for ~2wks a month). I would prefer the space is largely used as storage and intermittent housing.
