I am looking for a room in South Tempe, East Mesa or Chandler. I currently live in Tempe and work in Chandler. I have no kids or pets and want the same in a roommate. I don't smoke, drink very lightly, no drugs or parties. I am quiet, keep to myself and respect privacy. I am not that much into television, I prefer to read in bed. I don't have any overnight visitors and don't want a roommate who does. I am NOT looking for any relationships. Another single female like myself is preferred. I am looking for someone between 45 and 60 years of age. I am looking for a room in a house if at all possible. For a move-in date, May 31st is my target.

$700 is my maximum budget, and if it includes some utilities that would be very helpful. I would need a parking space for my small pickup truck. Some storage space would be a bonus for things I don't use regularly. Basic amenities like a washer/dryer would be great.

I work full-time outside of the house and prefer a roommate who does likewise. No work from home people. I'd like to feel like I could have the place to myself at least some of the time. If you live in a house that the property owner does not live in, but you rent from, I would consider that too.
