Hi! I’m Josh, a working professional in my late 20s looking for a respectful, clean, and low-drama roommate to share a comfortable home environment with. I work remotely full-time during the week, so I value a calm and fairly quiet household, especially during working hours. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, hosting occasional get-togethers with friends, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, watching documentaries, working on home projects, and spending time outdoors.

I’d describe myself as responsible, straightforward, easy to communicate with, and considerate of shared spaces. I keep the home clean and organized and appreciate roommates who do the same. I’m not looking for a “best friend” roommate situation, but I do value friendliness, mutual respect, and clear communication.

The ideal roommate is someone who:

Pays bills on time
Cleans up after themselves
Respects quiet hours and personal space
Communicates directly and maturely
Is considerate with guests/noise
Has a stable job or routine

The home is best suited for someone who wants a peaceful, comfortable place to live rather than a heavy party environment. Occasional guests and socializing are totally fine, but overall I prefer a balanced, respectful atmosphere.
