I’m looking for 1-2 roommates to sign a lease together beginning the last week of March/April 1. I’m open to a few different locations (Chelsea, LES,LWS,etc), since I’ll be working 3 days a week in office - which is located in Chelsea.

- 2.7k budget
- Preferably highrise with a doorman
- 2 bedroom/3 flex
- I would lovee froomies, friends that are roomies!! Ideally trying new things together and experiencing what NYC has to offer

- I’m relocating for work, in the FinTech industry
- My hobbies include reading, pilates, traveling, eating (lol), I love trying new food/drinks/restaurants
- I have two cats, but they’re bougie babies, so I get them groomed regularly, they have an automatic litter box and I’ll probably hire someone to deep clean at least once a month
