Im from New Zealand and have been living in NYC for nearly 2 years, and looking for another temporary room - also very tidy/respectful and don't bring the party home. But also love to have fun go out, play golf, gym etc.

I have my own business in the consumer goods space so travel fairly often for work, and also work from a wework during the day - so generally speaking not around the house much. But down to hangout when I am.
