Hi! We’re Carly and Matthew and we are in search of a third roommate of our Upper East Side apartment! We just had our new roommate drop, so we’re looking for someone to renew our lease with for a February 1st move in (with option to renew the following year) so please DM us for more information or any questions.

Rent approx: $900/month

Electric + WiFi typically come out to an additional $80-$100/month

The bedroom is 10’6” x 6’ with a small window and closet.

Furnished apartment, but we’re not against you coming in and adding a personal touch!

ABOUT THE BUILDING
The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom walkup on the third floor (so two staircases) on York Ave in the 80s. Located in a quiet neighborhood near cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets all within a 5-minute walk.
