Hello,

My name is Laura and I've lived in NYC my entire life. I have family all over the 5 bouroughs, and I have traveled to all of them in my youth. I just graduated from Syracuse University in May 2022. I am looking to stay within the Manhattan and west/ upper Bronx region near the 4,5,6, A ,C or 1,2,3 trains. Not interested in Brooklyn, Queens or Staten Island.

I'm currently looking to move out of my parents home, with my cat Frederic whom is a scardey cat. He is friendly and loving once he knows you and he also does not use his claws or leave my side often. (Think of a toddler who gets scared when mom is away).

I do not like to party, but I have no problem hosting or going out clubbing once in a while. I prefer not to have friends over in my personal space. As long as you are clean I dont mind what you do including partying, having people over, or hosting family. Due to my family being in the city, they might also come over.

I also do not mind couples/ dating/ having romantic partners over. No need to inform how long they are staying just a heads up if someone I dont know will be there is all I ask.

Im pretty clean, I dont like dirty dishes, dirty room or dirty laundry so ill keep my area clean, especially since there will be a litterbox in the apartment. I ask that you clean your dishes and I clean mine. If we both get lazy with dishes then thats just how it will be, but I dont let mind collect for more than a week.

While I build up my career, I might not be as home often throughout the day since I have 3 jobs. I just ask if you have people over while I am gone to not let them touch/engage with my cat while I am not there. He has heart issues and severe allergies and I monitor his breathing, feeding and medicine and overall health.

I am now looking to move out by March/April with my cat. Times are subject to change depending on housing availability and location availablity.
