I'm moving to NYC to start a job as a Genetic Counseling Assistant (general work hours of Mon-Fri, 9-5). Open to living with roommates with similar or different schedules, as I'm easygoing and a pretty heavy sleeper!

I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly, and communicative. As an introvert, I do appreciate some alone time, but I also enjoy socialization. The most important thing to me is that my roommate and I are respectful and considerate of each other's needs and wants in sharing a space. Being friends is of course a bonus but not required.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, doing crosswords, and spending time outdoors/in nature. I'm pet-friendly with the exception of dogs. My budget is around $1750/month, but I'm flexible. Ideally I would like to be in the Upper West Side (Manhattan Valley area), but I'm very open to other neighborhoods as well!
