Hi! I'm moving back to New York after having spent the past three years living in Italy. I'm also in the middle of a career change, so I will continue working (remotely) while going to school part-time.

When I'm home I love cooking, knitting, and just relaxing with some good TV. When I'm out I love museums, biking, and spending time in parks or by the water.

My ideal living situation would be friendly but also calm, since I like to relax once I'm home. I don't smoke and rarely drink, but don't mind others who do, as long as there's mutual respect for our shared home. I don't mind occasional guests, but prefer to not have people over too often.

I'm also flexible about neighborhoods; my main priorities are access to transportation and a clean building. My move-in date is also a bit flexible. I will be back in the U.S. at the end of June. Ideally, I'd like to be settled in an apartment in July, but definitely by the end of the summer.
