I just moved into a new townhouse south of Sloan’s lake, and have a guest bedroom for rent. It’s a really beautiful property in a growing area, and you’d have a spot in a the garage and your own private balcony.

I am very social (for an engineer…) and I love going out to the local breweries with friends, and I’m looking to explore the area more. I also love to go for hikes and play golf on the weekends. I like to have people over but obviously I will be respectful. The house is generally pretty clean, especially the common spaces, and I have a maid come every month to help keep the dog hair under control.

I currently live with my dog, Chloe, and I’d prefer she is the only pet in the house, but she does get along with many dogs so we can introduce them and see if it works!

I’m working from home 2 days a week and in Boulder 8am-5pm the rest of the time. I can also offer a discount to roommates who work from home and are willing to walk my dog a couple days a week.
