I work long days/hours on weekends as a wedding/event DJ. On weekdays I stay busy through barista work and doordashing. My work can involve me coming home late at night (I try to keep it quiet but I know this can be an issue for some).

I live a minimalist lifestyle- I keep few things and like to keep my space tidy. I will have few (if any) guests. I am mostly looking for starter housing in the Denver area. I am moving from a small Nebraska city to the Denver area to expand my business in the wedding industry.

Ideally looking to move in late September/ early October.
