Currently finishing up my undergrad at Regis University in Denver, CO. My daughter and her mom will be moving to El Campo in June, and I want to be close to my daughter, so I’m relocating to the Houston area as well.

In June, I’ll be starting a 2-year Doctor of Physical Therapy program. I’ll be a busy student and definitely not a partier—more of a laid-back, goal-focused roommate. While I’ll be living on a student budget, all rent and expenses are planned and budgeted well in advance, so payments will always be reliable.

Important details:

I have a small home gym (squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, etc.)

My daughter will stay overnight occasionally. Because of this, I would strongly prefer a female roommate.

Most of my classes are online; once per quarter I’ll travel to Atlanta, GA for 1–3 weeks for hands-on PT training.

Politically progressive

Okay with alcohol and cannabis, though I personally don’t partake much.

Looking for a calm, respectful household with good communication.
