Looking for a roommate for my spare bedroom and spare full bathroom. I live in a townhome which has a covered parking spot. Looking for someone with similar lifestyle and overall animal lovers since I do have four cats.
Currently the room does not have a bed, if one is needed I will provide it. The room can fit a queen sized bed.
Rent is $700 a month, half on electricity. Roommate would also need to sign a lease agreement which can be looked over if we match and meet in person. Rental agreement can be 6 months to a year.
