I moved back to NYC after living abroad for the last year and will start work as a software engineer again soon. Outside of work I play lots of softball and use ClassPass as well as go to the gym. I previously lived in Greenwich Village and loved the location, so I'm very excited about getting back to the area. I'm super clean, nonsmoker, minimalist (I currently only have two suitcases of stuff total) and generally don't spend too much time inside! Socially, I have friends in the city from both high school (CT) and college (CA) so I spend a good amount of time with them, as well as my sports activities. I am single and have excellent credit and can prove income to meet rent. I am flexible on sublet terms: looking for something longer-term but happy to start out month-to-month to see if it's a mutual fit. Available for move-in immediately or in the next few weeks.
