We pay $3,200 for rent and $250 for utilities. I am offering a furnished master bedroom with bathroom for $1,500 including all utilities. Amazing deal for what you are getting and the area!
Apt has everything, washer/dryer in unit, kitchen appliances, all you can think of for cooking. The apartment building has a pool, cafeteria, gym, theater.
Amazing park across - La Brea Park and LACMA. The Grove is a 3min walk. Whole Food, CVS, Ralphs - 5 min walk.
