About the space:
• Recently renovated apartment in Mar Vista. Unit has a total of 6 units. All neighbor are amazing, friendly neighbors.
• Your half of rent is $1437.50 and half of the utilities (Gas, Electric & Wifi) About $75 each. Summer can be a bit more because of the AC. (Yes, we have AC!)
• First month deposit to the landlord is required as well. If you have an animal, its an additional $500 deposit to landlord.
• Bedroom has one very spacious closet and 2 hall closets for additional space if needed, + one small balcony. BEDROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.
• In-unit Washer/Dryer, dish washer + AC/Heater
• We have our own personal garage, but parking between the two of us is tandem. Lots of shelf storage in the garage if needed!
• Tons of street parking available as well for guests.
