Spacious and charming room in turn-of-the-century Brownstone on the UES
This is the larger room in a spacious and charming two bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. The bedroom is at the front of the apartment, so has a street view. It has a private entrance from the hallway as well as a decorative fireplace. There is a closet in the adjoining study/hallway space. It comes partially furnished with this beautiful West Elm queen sized bed. There is plenty of room for a dresser and some shelving. Comes with new air conditioner. The apartment is light and bright. It's long and narrow, we have half of the floor on the right side. We're on the fifth floor of a turn-of-the-century brownstone building. The apartment has a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living room with built-ins for storage. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated in the last few years.
