Relocating to NYC in February for work. Currently work in luxury fashion as a store director. I work a lot but also am a bit of a homebody but like to go out and do my fair bit of exploring. Don’t need a best friend but would like to have a solid relationship where we can hang out together some at home and go out. I am a gay man who likes to check out local bars but definitely not a bar fly. I like to keep my area clean but not obsessive about it. I am really easy going and am always respectful of boundaries as I would hope that a potential roommate would as well.
