Hey! I'm Leanne. I'm 33 years old and work as a barista. Looking to move within Astoria/LIC/all adjacent neighborhoods at the latest the end of August.

Some relevant info- I'm fully vaccinated + boosted, I have no pets and have no issue living with others pets. LGBTQ+ friendly, and although I don't smoke, I don't have an issue with smokers.

Been making a living slinging coffees day to day at Starbucks for over 10 years now. I've shared apartments with others my whole life, so I respect other's personal space and always keep shared living spaces as clean as before I used them, and prefer things to be organized and easily accessible.

I am an easy going person, a good listener, and I appreciate when people are open, honest and transparent with me. Communication is key to a successful rooming arrangement.

I will always be respectful to the living spaces by cleaning up after myself, as well as not expecting more from others than I can give myself. I'd like to stay a minimum of a year; however this is also up for negotiation.
