I often spend days to weeks at a time away from home because my job involves staying in other people's homes. I may have a string of days where I'm around but I like to keep busy. I'm quiet, unobtrusive, but don't mind being friendly. I keep to myself, mostly, and tend to get in my zone (and my phone). I usually spend one day a week meal prepping for a few hours and then pop in and out of the kitchen for light breakfast/lunch if I'm even home, but I don't eat in common areas. I am quick to clean up behind myself and if I must leave a dish in the sink, I will get to it as soon as possible. I hold myself to high hygienic standards as a former line cook and housekeeper, but am not a stickler around the house as long as some consideration is taken with regard to the use of common spaces. I don't invite any guests into my space, don't drink or smoke, and don't have pets. I don't stay out late partying. All things considered, I would say that my job, my competence at overseeing my daily personal tasks, and my career, which involves transparency and clear communication, makes me a low maintenance and easy tenant.
