Benjiman F - $1,000/month

Hi there!

I recently graduated from college, and I’m looking for apartments in or near Manhattan (near the L train). I’m originally from South Brooklyn (Bensonhurst), but I’m planning on leaving South Brooklyn for a while. I have just started working with a catering and event company as a server/bartender, so my work schedule can vary by week. As of right now, I am also looking at bartending jobs in Manhattan. The earliest I am planning on moving out is around the end of July, so I'm looking at a general move in time around August through September.

I'm a pretty friendly guy and am pretty easygoing. I have always had a roommate while at college, and from my experience, the best times I've had with roommates are when we can communicate well with each other.
