Hey guys, I'm JiHo, idk why my profile says "Ji H L". I recently started a new job as a marketing data analyst in the city and I'm looking to move in sometime around August/early September.

My max budget is $1500, and I'm open to places in Manhattan and Brooklyn, I don't have a specific preference for location as long as it's within ~30 minutes of where I work in the Garment District.

I'm an introvert so I like my alone time to recharge, but also love just chilling with friends, will rarely be bringing the party home. I'm a fairly clean person and want common spaces to be kept clean/organized. I love working out, a good burger, playing games/game nights, and anything Marvel. This will be my first time living in the city so I'm really excited to explore the city!
