Sam H - $1,400/month

Hello everyone! :) I’m Sam and I’m looking to move to NYC in September to start my career in Publishing! I have spent the last two years teaching English in China and Korea, so I’m excited to set up roots back home in the States. My interests include video games, writing, outdoorsy activities, and fashion. I’d say I’m halfway between an introvert and an extrovert as I do enjoy going out if I can, but definitely need to recharge my social meter lol.

In terms of the living situation, I’m looking for 1-2 roommates that would be open to being friends as well as roommates because I think it’s more fun to explore a new city together :) I am pet friendly when it comes to cats, tend to stay up late (but only on my phone lol), and I like to bake/cook for the people I live with if I have the chance. Overall, I’ve been wanting to head to NYC for awhile to live out my Sex in the City dream, so hopefully that aligns with your plans as well :)

BTW I am bisexual, so any home of mine is a safe place for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
