SDG&E: Anywhere between $80-150 in total, but would also depend on your usage.
Note: good credit needed, gross income at least 2.5X your half of rent, and a background check will be run by landlord.

Hello! Looking for a new roommate to move in on April 1st for a year-long lease. The unit is a 2bd/2ba second floor unit with a large balcony. I have a small poodle-mix named Winston who is very shy and afraid of strangers, so he spends most of his time in my room while I'm at work. He is very quiet, not messy, and well-behaved. I'm looking for someone who is clean and considerate of shared spaces as the shared space is a bit small (however the bedrooms are decently sized). The walls here are paper-thin so you can hear each other cooking/having conversations etc, just as an fyi. There is only 1 assigned parking space that we'd share (rotate weekly). There is plenty of street parking however it might be a little bit of a walk if you're unlucky. There is not a ton of storage space in the kitchen, but you're welcome to use anything I own. My TV is pretty small lol so if you have a larger one I am willing to move it.

About me: My name is Lisa and I'm 27. I've lived in SD almost my whole life. I am a really big homebody and I tend to be home a lot (in my room). I play a lot of video games. I've been working in biotech in Sorrento Valley for a few years now. I work 9-5 M-F often working weekends. I enjoy arts & crafts. I don't cook much. I love horror movies. I've been vegetarian for 13 years. I'm an extroverted introvert. My dog is very shy and most likely won't let you pet him lol but if you go slow and are gentle then that goes a long way. 420 friendly, however no smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit.
