I graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, and work now as an Operations Manager in the events industry. I am not home a whole lot, as I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and being outside. I will usually meal prep once over the weekend, and am otherwise a pretty light cook during the week. I have friends over occasionally. The house is never in disarray and myself and my roommate are respectful of each other’s space. I’ve recently started crocheting, and am excited to practice surfing as it heats up!

I am looking to rent one bedroom from my 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The current roommates are myself (24F) and my roommate (25F). We are cleanly, polite, and happy to answer any questions you have for us. We are the first people living in this brand new house, and moved in only 6 months ago. The house has brand new stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, a beautiful deck, a turf lawn in the back, lots of storage, and a huge parking area. Rent is $1,200/mo + utilities (water is included), requiring a $500 refundable deposit. We are only 10 minutes from downtown and North Park, and 15 minutes from the beach.
