About me:

28yo gay male. I'm Senior Recruiter, Marketing & Creative at a tech company in Manhattan and have lived in Astoria for the past 4 1/2 years.

I enjoy going out on the weekends, spending time outdoors, cooking occasionally, traveling and just chilling out. The apartment is typically a space in which I like to relax and unwind.

What I’m looking for:

As a roommate, it would be super cool to live with someone with a steady job, someone fun to be around, and someone who is moderately tidy.

I’d like to rent a room in a two or three bedroom apartment for between $1400 and $1600 per month ($2800 to $3200/month total for a two bedroom // $4200 to $4800/month total for a three bedroom)

I’m most interested in Long Island City, Downtown Brooklyn, FiDi or Jersey City and would ideally like to live in a new or recently renovated apartment with an outdoor space & some type of amenities.

** I have some pretty nice furniture currently and would be able to quickly furnish a contemporary/stylish common living area.
